Airport Pick-Up Service Information:
– We are pleased to offer airport pick-up service from the airport to the hotel for our guests.
– To arrange this service, please kindly provide us with your flight number at least 2 days prior to your arrival. You may send the details via:

– Our staff will be waiting for you at the main gate of the airport, holding a hotel signboard with guest name on it.
– For smoother coordination, we kindly request that you also share your WhatsApp number with us.

Airport Drop Off Service Information:
– We also provide an airport drop-off service for our guests.
– To use this service, please make a reservation directly with our reception upon check-in or at least one day before your check-out.
– The drop-off service is available from 06:00 to 22:00, and operates every even hour

1. Guests who stay for a minimum of 3 nights are entitled to a complimentary Balinese Massage for 2 persons (30 minutes).
2. This benefit is valid for one treatment per stay.
3. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The treatment is available between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM.
5. Advance reservation is required, at least one day prior to the treatment. You may book at our Spa Counter or through our Reception.

– This benefit is valid at all Food and Beverage outlets in the hotel.
– This benefit cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
– This benefit is only valid during your stay at the hotel.

– The opening hours for Swimming Pool are from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM
– The swimming pool is exclusively for in-house guests of Kuta Paradiso Hotel.
– The pool may only be used during the guest’s stay period.

– Wi-Fi Internet is available for all in-house guests of Kuta Paradiso Hotel.

– Free late check-out until 03:00 PM is available, subject to availability at the time of check-out.

– The opening hours for Contender Gym are from 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
– Free access to Contender Gym is available exclusively for in-house guests.

– The opening hours for Mickey Kids Club are from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
– Free access to Mickey Kids Club is available exclusively for registered in-house guests.
– Children aged 1 to 5 years old must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
